05/09 - called EVA and they advised that I could proceed with a refund but there would be $200 fee per ticket, and they advised me to wait until late June / early July to see if a full refund might be available. They also advised that I need to pursue this through Travelocity, even though they have deleted the flight already from my itineraries. One thing I forgot to do was ask about the refund for the seat upgrades which was purchased directly from EVA (not through Travelocity).
